1. Eligibility

1.1 This bonus offer is available to both new and existing clients registered with Bold Prime.

1.2 Clients must have a fully verified trading profile and an eligible MT4 Prime Bonus or MT5 Prime Bonus account to participate in this promotion.

1.3 Bold Prime reserves the right to impose additional eligibility requirements on clients from selected jurisdictions. Clients subject to such requirements may only claim the bonus from their second qualifying deposit onwards, and their first qualifying deposit will not be eligible for bonus credit.

1.4 Each client is permitted to participate in this promotion using eligible Prime Bonus account types only. Any attempt to abuse the promotion through multiple registrations, duplicated accounts, account sharing, or any other prohibited activity may result in disqualification at the Company’s discretion.

2. Bonus Claim Conditions

2.1 Clients may claim a 30% Deposit Bonus by making a minimum deposit of USD 30 into an eligible MT4 Prime Bonus or MT5 Prime Bonus account.

2.2 The bonus is strictly applicable to deposits made into MT4 Prime Bonus and MT5 Prime Bonus accounts only. Deposits made into any other account type will not qualify for this promotion.

2.3 The bonus credit will be credited into the client’s trading account and shall be subject to all Terms and Conditions stated in this promotion.

2.4 To qualify for the bonus, clients must make a new deposit. Bonus credit based on existing account balance, internal transfers, balance adjustments, contest winnings, rebates, or any other promotional credits will not be eligible.

2.5 The bonus is not applicable to deposits made via internal transfers, contest winnings, or any other promotion unless otherwise stated by Bold Prime.

3. Bonus Functionality and Restrictions

3.1 The bonus credit is provided to support floating equity and margin requirements.

3.2 Bonus credit is non-withdrawable and cannot be transferred out of the trading account under any circumstances.

3.3 Clients may choose to cancel or remove the deposit bonus at any time. However, once cancelled or removed, the bonus cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

3.5 Each client may claim a maximum bonus amount of USD 1,000 per month. Once this monthly limit is reached, no additional bonus will be credited for further deposits made within the same month.

3.6 The monthly bonus limit will reset at the end of each calendar month.

3.7 Any bonus amount credited to the client’s account will expire and be deducted automatically 30 days after the initial credit date, regardless of whether trading activity has been conducted.

4. Trading and Margin Requirements

4.1 Standard trading conditions apply throughout the promotion, including but not limited to:

5. Withdrawals and Internal Transfers

5.1 If a client performs any withdrawal or internal transfer from a Prime Bonus account, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the bonus as a “Bonus Out” transaction.

5.2 The remaining bonus amount, if any, shall continue to apply in the client’s trading account until it is removed, deducted, expired, or otherwise adjusted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

5.3 Bonus withdrawals are strictly prohibited under this promotion.

5.5 Bonus removal, deduction, correction, or adjustment may affect margin levels. Bold Prime shall not be liable for any margin calls, stop-outs, losses, or trading consequences arising from any bonus deduction, removal, expiry, or correction.

6. Prohibited Activities and Bonus Removal

6.1 This bonus cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotions or bonuses, except for the Welcome Bonus, where applicable and subject to its own Terms and Conditions.

6.2 Any form of fraudulent activity, abuse, manipulation, arbitrage, hedging between accounts, or misuse of the bonus policy is strictly prohibited.

6.3 If Bold Prime suspects any fraudulent activity, abuse, manipulation, or violation of the promotion Terms and Conditions, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Adjust or rectify trading calculations;
• Remove or retract bonus funds without prior notice;
• Cancel bonus eligibility;
• Disqualify the client from the promotion;
• Take any other action deemed necessary by the Company.

8.2 Third-party deposits, anonymous deposits, or deposits made using payment methods not registered under the client’s own name are not accepted.

9. Withdrawal Policy

9.1 If clients wish to proceed with a withdrawal, they must meet the withdrawal requirements outlined in the table below.

9.2 By submitting a withdrawal request, clients agree to comply with this Withdrawal Policy as well as the Company’s Terms and Conditions.

10. Final Provisions

10.1 Bold Prime reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, revise, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

10.2 Participation in this promotion constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including any subsequent amendments or modifications made by Bold Prime.

10.3 Any disputes, claims, or matters arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be resolved exclusively at the sole discretion of Bold Prime. All decisions made by Bold Prime shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
