MT4/MT5 Prime Bonus Account.

1. Eligibility

1. This bonus offer is available exclusively to both new and existing clients who are registered with Bold Prime.

2. Bonus Claim Conditions

1. Clients may claim a 30% Deposit Bonus with a minimum deposit of $30 into an MT4/MT5 Prime Bonus account.
2. The bonus is strictly applicable to deposits made into the MT4/MT5 Prime Bonus accounts only. Deposits made into any other account types will not qualify for this promotion.
3. The bonus credit will be deposited into the client’s trading account and is subject to all terms stipulated in this offer.
4. To claim the bonus, clients must make a new deposit. Bonus credit based on the existing account balance or internal transfers is not eligible.

3. Bonus Functionality & Restrictions

1. The bonus credit supports floating and margin requirements.
2. Clients may choose to cancel the deposit bonus at any time; however, once canceled, the bonus cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
3. The maximum leverage allowed for this promotion is 1:1000 for MT5 Prime Bonus accounts and 1:2000 for MT4 Prime Bonus accounts. The Company reserves the right to modify these limits at its sole discretion.
4. Each client may claim a maximum bonus of $1,000 per month. Once this limit is reached, no additional bonus claims will be credited for further deposits made within that month.
5. The bonus limit will be reset on the last day of each month.
6. Any bonus amount credited to the client’s account will expire and be deducted automatically 30 days after the initial credit date, irrespective of whether trading activity has been conducted.

4. Trading & Margin Requirements

1. The Stop Out level is set at 30%, with a Margin Call triggered at 50% of the margin level.
2. Scalping activities must meet a minimum duration requirement of 120 seconds per trade to comply with the promotion.
3. Expert Advisors (EAs) are permitted, provided they fully comply with all Company policies.

5. Withdrawals & Internal Transfers

1. If a client performs any withdrawal or internal transfer from a Prime Bonus account, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the bonus as a ‘Bonus Out’ transaction.
2. The remaining bonus amount shall continue to apply in the client’s account.
3. Illustration:
   • Example 1:
     Deposit Amount: $3,333.33
     Initial Bonus Amount: $1,000
     Client withdraws $200 from the Bonus account
     Remaining Bonus Amount: $1,000 – $200 = $800
4. Bonus withdrawals are strictly prohibited under this campaign.

6. Prohibited Activities & Bonus Removal

1. The Company is not liable for any stop-losses or stop-outs incurred due to the removal of the bonus funds from the client’s trading account.
2. This bonus cannot be combined or stacked with any other promotions or bonuses, except for the Welcome Bonus, which is available only to new clients under the terms and conditions specified.
3. The bonus is not applicable to deposits made via internal transfers, contest winnings, or any other promotions.
4. If fraudulent activities, abuse, or manipulation of the bonus policy are suspected, the Company reserves the right to:
   • Rectify trading calculations.
   • Remove or retract the provided bonus funds without prior notice.

7. Final Provisions

1. The Company reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, revise, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, without limitation and without prior notice.
2. Participation in this promotion shall constitute full and irrevocable acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth herein, as well as any subsequent amendments or modifications.
3. Any disputes, claims, or matters arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be resolved exclusively at the sole discretion of Bold Prime, and such determination shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
4. By participating in this promotion, clients expressly acknowledge, represent, and warrant that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, notwithstanding anything to the contrary.

• Example 1:
  Initial Deposit = $30, Bonus Received (30%) = $9
  Total = $39
• Example 2:
  Initial Deposit = $100, Bonus Received (30%) = $30
  Total = $130
• Example 3:
  Initial Deposit = $1,000, Bonus Received (30%) = $300
  Total = $1,300
• Example 4:
  Initial Deposit = $1,500, Bonus Received (30%) = $450
  Total = $1,950

8. Deposit Policy

Clients may deposit funds into their trading accounts using payment methods registered in their own name.
Third-party or anonymous deposits are not accepted.
The Company may request verification before crediting funds, and processing times may vary depending on the payment method.
All deposits are subject to the Company’s Terms and Conditions, and by depositing funds, clients agree to comply fully with those terms.

9. Withdrawal Policy

If clients wish to proceed with a withdrawal, they must follow the withdrawal requirements outlined in the table below. By submitting a withdrawal request, clients agree to comply with this Withdrawal Policy as well as the Company’s Terms and Conditions.
